This pen is a workhorse. If I were to be exiled to a desert island, and got to choose one pen to take with me, this would be it.
My handwriting tends to be on the small side of the spectrum, and this pen's 0.5mm pen tip really helps keep my letters from running together. The tiny point also helps prevent bleed-through from the notes I write in the margins of my books.
I've found that gel ink tends to spread and feather less than rollerballs, and it creates a more uniform and consistent line than ballpoints.
I like using the Signo 207 Micro to:
- track project time in my Franklin Covey notebook
- journal in my small Moleskine sketchbook
- take notes in my larger Moleskine notebook

I've been looking for this pen here in Portugal for years now.
I guess they don't sell them to Europe or at least to my country.
Anyway, if anyone knows an online shop where to buy these with affordable shipping costs please let me know!
Thank you
Hi Simao,
JetPens sells the Premier version of the pen, which is the same pen with a nicer barrel.
Unfortunately, they seem to be out of stock at the moment (http://www.jetpens.com/index.php/cPath/239_561).
However, they also sell the 0.5mm refills, which would work in any Signo 207 pen.
Or, if you have a Pilot G-2, you could swap the G-2 refill with a Uni-ball refill. Even though the Uni-ball refills are are a millimeter or two longer than the Pilot G-2's, they still fit reasonably well inside a G-2 barrel. With a sharp knife and a steady hand, you could trim the end of the Uni-ball refill to get an even more precise fit. There is no end cap on the Uni-ball refill (like there is on the G-2 refill) to worry about cutting off, so it's a pretty straightforward hack.
My only connection with JetPens is that I have placed a couple of orders with them. Both times I received excellent service. And if you place an order of $25 or more, the shipping is free.
I would buy from jetpens but I would have to pay 5$ + 3$ for shipping, wait 45 days for it and I would probably have to pay taxes on arrival, I think that's too expensive.
I need to find something like "jetpens EU" :\
Thanks for your reply
Simao M,
You can buy the Signo Micro 207 in Chiado/Baixa in a store called Pollux. It's on the kid's floor where they keep books, journals and pens.
